NX Clie and ministumbler

Is there someone who knows about a program for PALM OS simular to ministumbler,or can I simulatie PocketPC software on the NX Clie?

The only thing you can try is use SSID of "any", leave the WEP blank, set the IP and DNS auto.

While that set-up might get you into any 'open' hotspots you're near, it won't ALERT you to the fact you've connected, correct?

Yes, your right if that's all your doing. I don't remember if there is a time out. Then the screen still needs to be looked at. I also assumed that connecting would be a no brainer, sorry!

I did ask the NetStumbler developer if he had plans to do anything for the Palm OS - currently no plans! Until then I have been able to do as per the above

Yeah, it has about a 2 min time out, what i usualy do is stick it in, tell it to connect, lock it and put it in my bag, 2 min later i will take it out, if it says connected then i have passed by something, so i will retrace my steps while looking at the screen (i usualy do this on bike) now that i think of it, it would be cool to have a way to attach the nx to the steering weel of your bike, you could then use it while biking, or watch a video ;), or have the GPS.
