Side buttons to control AudioPlayer?

With all these progams out (Flex Button and KeyQuick) has anyone figured out a way to control the audioplayer w/o opening the case? Maybe the jog for volume and the VoiceRec and Back for track changing? I don't know. Any way is better than my current way of leaving it on and using the jog to go through the tracks. Post how you guys have managed

(And why in lords name didn't Sony just include a remote?!??! *sigh*)

you can use jogdial to scroll through tracks, with pressing the jog in to play a song, and pressing the jog again to stop a song. It doesn't work that well, but it's a temporary solution
