Treo 700p changes app/screen when removing SD card

have a Verizon 700p, and use DBLP (Duh Button Launcher Plus) to prevent my SD card from opening when I insert it, and it works fine. The weird thing is, when I take out the SD card, it changes screens, sometimes to the last app I used, sometimes to the next launcher screen. I have TreoLauncher as my launcher. Anybody experienced this before? I have the following installed:

I ran PalmInternals, and there were only 2 apps that came up under volume unmount, I checked with the developer, they weren't the problem.
How else can I figure out what's causing this?
