Pegnx70v / Pegnx70vu / Pegnx70vuh ?

i own a sony clie sj30 and due to CF i'm seriosly thinkign of switching to the nx 70 but what is the difference among these three models ?
PEGNX70V / PEGNX70VU / PEGNX70VUH

The PEGNX70V/UH I believe is the USA Gun Metal version.

PEGNX70V/U is the silver USA version, the character after the V would be the country/region.
