S-360 cases

Does anyone know of a good case for the s-360? I am not sure if I want a hard or a soft case.

I'll second that, it's an excellent case if you worried about your clie taking abuse.

I am using a slightly "modified" soft black vinyl eyeglass case for my S360.

It's the type of case which generally comes free when you buy a pair of prescription glasses. The kind which has a plastic clip on the back, and fits in your pocket the long way, and has the opening at the top, so you can slip your glasses in.

It fits the S360 perfectly !!! As if it were made for it !!!

And what's best... is it's very lightweight, and does not add any extra bulk to the S360. It fits the S360 like a glove.

And it's padded on the inside, so it protects it as well.

I cut a rectangular piece off the front-top so the back of the case folds over the front for a flap, and sewed a piece of velcro to the inside of the flap, to keep it fastened.

I also sewed the edges wherever I trimmed, so it looks as if it were store bought.

I also softed the plastic clip (with a lighter) and re-shaped it to hook inward, so it stays firmly attached to my belt.

Give an eyeglass case a try ... you may be surprised how perfect it fits !!! And it certainly will save you some $$$.

I have a clamshell-style case by Body Glove. The PDA is attached to the case with velcro. It's a little big but the PDA is completely encased so it feels like if I ever dropped it it would be okay (I have never done this).

Targus has a belt-clip leather case with velcro flap....umm, it's also reinforced. That's what I use =) under $20 at Bless'd Buy
