Handy Shopper Problem

I have had Handy Shopper for a couple of months now, and I was only using it for one database. However, I recently tried to add a new database and my T/X resets every time I click "ok" after entering the name of my new database. Not only does it reset, but then, when the first palm screen shows up, and the little bar moves across the bottom of the screen, the palm resets again, and then starts up fine.

Is anyone able to help???

IIRC that bug is fixed in the meantime. Sure you have the newest version?

Yes, I checked last night and as far as I could tell, I had the latest version: 4406 (released August 6, 2008).


Maybe it is because it is 730 in the morning, but what is IIRC??? I feel like as soon as you tell me, I will be kicking myself.

TX & HS 3.0.6 build 4406 does not make that problem here.

I also have the same problem. New database? Expect a reset. Then after a reset, it seems to work okay.

I run Audio Gateway a lot, and I've often suspected that that app causes problems for other apps. Does the OP or Mickets run Audio Gateway?
