Hotsync for N760 and NX70V

I have CLIe N760 and NX70V. After installed the new palm desktop program for my new NX70V, I've found I can't operate the Hotsync for my N760. But I can connect to the computer by MS import and Check in/out music on the Open MG Jukebox.

Can anyone help?

Did you install desktop v4.1 after installing v4.01? v4.01 is what comes with the NX.
