Where could I download cell-phone ringtones to put in the sound converter, and use as alarms for my NX?( Not how to do it using the phone keypad, a download)

Lots of 80's and early 90's stuff available as midi files - but precompiled nokia ringtones are big business.

For instance, p0rn was seen to be have big potential in the mobile (cellphone and PDA) market, but the revenue from that is about 1/4 of the ringtone market.

To find good free ringtone, you might need to hit german web sites (sorry - cant remember the best ones).

Please remember - I am having serious troubles finding ringtones. I have been on 2 website where Ive tested my phone with the free ringtone (which worked fine) then bought some credits ($10 or so) then when I go to send tones to my phone THEY DONT WORK ANYMORE!!! Ahhhh, then you email customer service and your mail comes back undeliverable.......where do you go from there.

Well, the times I've looked around for ringtones to convert, I did a Google search. Usually, if they charge for the tones, they have a 'listen' button, and I just right click on it and 'save as' a .wav on my desktop, then use the converter. I haven't done it in quite a while, though.

Just Google for "Free polyphonic ringtones" (with quotes).

how do you get Agendus to recognize all the alarms? I have alot of alarm sounds including the ones from the Sony drivers disk but it only recognizes certain ones in the alarm menus. I have always wondered how to do this!!
Any help is appreciated. thanks!

Is there a free converter to make them MIDI? I found one that costs $30, which I'm not willing to spend on it.

You might want to try out some of the sites where I get free ringers for my Sprint PCS (mostly hip hop but there is some variety):

Good luck.
