Has anyone been able to connect to the Internet with the S-360 using a cell phone as a modem? You can connect the two if both have infrared ports.
The HotSync icon has an option for modem connection, and I tried a number of ways to get it to connect through my cell phone's IR port (Nokia). I can get the PDA to connect to the cell phone (the PDA causes the phone to dial my ISP number) but the phone can't complete the connection and it hangs up.
I suspect that the problem is that I have a TDMA phone and only the newer GSM phones can do this (I think it's called "call tethering"). But does anybody know for sure? If you have a GSM phone, you might check it out.
