Anyone succesfully use Documents To Go version 10 on the TH55? I'm thinking of finally upgrading, to get the MS Office 2007 support, but the dataviz website doesn't list any Clie's as compatible with version 10.

I tested DTG 10 on my spare TH55 some weeks a go, DTG10 works but only in 320x320, you cannot use it at 480x320.
I use Landscape, playing a bit with it I was able to enable 480x320 on all DTG apps but Word To Go.
I'm still using DTG 8 with my main TH55 for everyday use.

WordToGo 10 only works at 320x320, no way to work properly at 480x320.

Docs To Go v8 caused a crash so bad on my TH last week that I had to do a hard reset. I'm leery of getting v8 reinstalled, so I won't even attempt v10. Keep in mind, v8 is the last version dataviz supports on the TH.

You are right DTG 10 isn't supported on the TH55 but IMHO it has more to do with Sony exit from the PalmOS PDA market than any other thing.
Currently DTG 10 is supported on the Treo 600, I own such a Treo 600 and DTG 10 works fine on its 160x160 screen and PalmOS 5.2.1, the TH55 has more memory (real 32MB vs 23MB on the 600), it runs PalmOS 5.2.1. and its CPU is a bit slower. IMHO Dataviz is capable to solve all issues with DTG 10 and the TH55 but as Sony doesn't support this product any more...

Quickword (6.2) has been so reliable for me that I abandoned DTG longtime. Even when my SJ30 freezes up, if I hotsync before reloading on my Clié - I find I can successfully recover my data.

But you cannot use DTG 10 in 320x480 mode. This my only complaint about DTG 10.

But you cannot use DTG 10 in 320x480 mode. This my only complaint about DTG 10.I guess Dataviz assumes we all have Palm devices with square screens. This is one of my (many) complaints about Palm's latest devices: Why have they reverted to square screens?! Do they really think people don't want the expanded screen real estate available on a 320x480 (or 480x320) device? This is important to me, and one of the (many) reasons I stick with my TH55.

I have to take a look at that. Always interested in alternatives.
I'm still on the ancient 6.0 version of Docs to Go. No crashes and stable for what I need now.

The TX hasn't a square screen and DTG 10 works fine on it.

Does it utilize the entire screen?

On the TX yes it does.
On the TH55 you can only use it at 320x320, with Landscape installed and some tricks you can use DTG10 in full portait or full landscape mode, but it is very anoying and unfriendly. This happens since DTG version 9. Version 8 works fine on the TH55.

That's what I have, too. However, my biggest concern is that I currently have blackberry and would definitly like to get DTG for it, and Im not sure how it'll affect my Sony Clie when it comes to syncing with my PC with DTG 10 installed on it. I dont want to let go of my DTG 6.0 on my PC which works real well with my sony clie.
I just havent been using my Sony Clie much lately.
