Need to move from Palm desktop to Outlook

I need to move my Clie UX50 documents/calendar/memos/address book, etc. from my Palm desktop to Outlook. I know I had the choice when I first installed the Clie program, but haven't been able to figure out how to do this from the Clie Handbook or documentation, other than the mention of Intellisync Lite, which I looked for on the installation CD, but did not find it as a separate file. Can anyone help me with this?

I have backed up my Palm info via hot sync, and backup buddy. I also backed up onto the memory stick on the Clie. (I'm not sure where the folders are on my computer, but I hope they're all there!) I don't want to lose anything in the switch between Palm desktop and Outlook...

Download and install Palm desktop version 4.1.4 from palm.com.
Click Start -> All Programs -> palmOne -> PIM conduit sync -> Sync with Outlook
Once the install has completed, re-sync your Clie and the transfer should be complete!
