Has anyone been having problems with the voice recorder after installing the eruware driver? If I have a CF card mounted when I start VR, I get this error when trying to record:
Cannot record data. A Memory Stick card is not present, or it is write-protected.
If I remove the CF card while VR is still running (with auto-mount enabled in the CF driver), I can record a memo and is shows up in the list, but when I try to play it, I get this error:
This data format is not supported.
Push the CF card back in and get the same error.
Exit VR and start it again (with the CF inserted). The memo I just recorded is gone.
Exit VR, remove the CF, and start VR. The memo is back and can be played. It will remain and be playable if I remove and insert the CF again.
Workaround for all this for now is to record to internal memory.
I have a Lexar 128 MB CF card.
