you can but it has to be in the correct directory and size.
Best to do a search on Cliesource for Mpeg.

You can play only mpeg1 (not 2 not 3 not 4...) on nz90. Make sure the clip is in mpeg1 format (use prog like TMPGEnc to convert to mpeg1 from other formats). Use MSImport to save it in the following path:

\MSSONY\MOML0001

Make sure you rename for file to exactly: MOVxxxxx.MPG where 'x' stands for any number (00001, 00002....)
