Difference between NX70V and NR70V?

I have a question. What makes the NX70V different from the NR70V? They look the same but the NX is listed a bit higher. Any help would be fine. I own the NX70V and installed YiShow. Would like skins for v5.4 and hi-res for 320x480. Thanx for your help.
