How to uninstall a program completely...?

quite surprised to know that I have only 1.3Mb left on my handheld..... seems that netfront and cliemail takes out quite alot of space.... plan to uninstall them and re-install them on the memorystick...

but cannot find any uninstall program????
can someone help???

I tried to do this - says you cant use cliemail from memory stick and the browser didn't even show up as a program.
