I have screw up my clie nx, help

I took it apart yesterday to spray paint my nx60's cover yesterday.

during the operation, I was like why not take it apart and have a look.
so, here's where I screw up. When I put everything back together.
The clie powers on when I put it in the cradle, but seems like it doesn't charge the battery. Then I took it apart again, did some inspection and put back everything again. And this time, The clear seems like reseting it self continuously, Like the palm start up screen flickers.

Does anyone know what I have encounter and knows the solution.

If not, does anyone know where I can get it fix (sony or third party) .
and how much is it going to be?

Well, the screen flicker could be a comon thing called Icerod (do a search if yoru interested in the history of the word. A warm reset sometimes works and if it doesn't all your left with is a hard reset.
This is of cource assuming its a software problem (maybe some data corruption from when you had it open) and not that you accidently *%#$ed up something inside.

What exactly did u try to do there with the paint? I didnt get it...

I would suggest checking each part again, to make sue that everything is connected right. Usually it might be the ribbon cable that connects from the screen to the body. Make sure it's properly re0inserted and aligned.

There is no way for us to ascertain what it would cost for repairs. I suppose it would depend on what's wrong with it. Sony is probably the only place to send it to for an estimate. They may not be cheap, but they will be honest.

This doubly sucks for you, because I'm sure warranties don't cover tampering with stuff like that. So I hope you have a good cover story.
