If you are in Spain, A new TX costs 119 Euro at Cortes Ingles (This was at Marbella, but surely it is true at all Cortes Ingles).

We have Corte Ingles here in Portugal, gotta check if there doing the same, maybe a cheaper Centro, I wish.

The PDAs are cheap cause they are discontinued. The Tungsten T is 69 euros. The TX was not even on display.
They were where the art supplies and stationary are (not the computer/phone Dept.)
Carphone warehouse have in the past offered cheap deals on the treo 3G windows.
