I've just got a new PC with Vista installed (oh no!). My old XP laptop has finally died. I need HELP!!!

According to the Palm web site the Vista compatible Palm Desktop software 6.2 is not compatible with my LifeDrive. The version of Documents to Go that came with my LifeDrive is not compatible with Vista.

Has anyone tried 6.2 with a LifeDrive?

What can I do, apart from buying a new PDA or a new version of Documents to Go, after the Laptop I have no money left :(

This page states the problems associated with the version compatible with lifedrive and vista: http://www.palm.com/us/support/windowsvista/
Version 6.2 is not compatible, but 4.14 is slightly.

You can update to docs-to-go 10 with a discount if you have registered at dataviz. The usual price drops to $ 29,99.

I have Palm Desktop 6.2 running on vista ultimate with a LD and it works fine for me. I had the old version and upgraded to it. It even made LifeDrive Manager start working, sort of, again.
