Has anyone managed to get AcidImage working under Jackflash? I get a Fatal reset message unless it runs in RAM
Thanks

There was an issue with an earlier version of AI similar to yours, but AI had fixed it. I don't know what version you are running now. I am using v2.6a.

Works for me, too.

I at one time had a problem with AcidImage. I discovered that it was due to moving files from MS to CF with the same name in the same directory. Apparently AI creates a cache file in the Palm/Programs/AcidImage subdirectory and it was not updated. I deleted the files in the Palm/Programs/AcidImage directory and it read the files without issue. So I think the problem is after you view a file on one media then move it to the same directory on another media AI will have a problem recognizing it. So check the Palm/Programs/AcidImage subdirectory on both media.
Hope this helps,
Jim

I have tried version 2.5, 2.6a and now v2.6d
I am not a registered user so could that be causing it as get error when select Try for Free?
Thanks

Well, I meant have you tried AI before, such as a few weeks or months ago. If so, the trial period would have run out then, and now when you're trying the new version, there's no trial left. I registered AI probably over a year ago, so I can't remember what happens when you do the trial, nor can I test it. I would let Red Mercury know of your problems; they have very good support. www.red-mercury.com

I believe I have version 2.6. I'll have to look to see if it's a,b,c,d or whatever it could be.
