Hi,
I have recently upgraded from a Clié NR-70/V to a new NZ-90/G. My friend has inherited my old Clié (the NR-70) and now I'm trying to beam some memos to him and can't. Both my, and my friends beam receive settings are "on" from the general tab in "Prefs".
Strangly enough, I can beam directly to an IR printer, as can my friend - but mine cannot send to his. He can send to me, however. Is this any reason for this?
The only reason I can think of is that mine is an OS5 and his is an OS 4.1 (therefore 4 can send to 5; ie my friend to me, but not the other way round).
Is this true? And is there any patch the may friend could get that would enable him to be able to beam to my Palm?
