Hey, I noticed a few interesting things (Note: I have a TG50):
1. What's with the "Allow Wake Up" option? I've set this to Yes, and attempted to do an OBEX Push (Bluetooth File Exchange on a Mac) and that didn't wake it up. Anyone know how to wake it up?
2. Even when I have "Allow Wake Up" set to "No", and my Clie is off, the dang Bluetooth light emits a quick flash every few minutes or so. VERY weird. Once again, any ideas?
3. Finally, if you click "Help" in the Bluetooth Prefs, it mentions:
"* Tap Trusted Devices to go to your trusted devices list.
You can change your device name cache settings:
* Tap Options and select Enable device name cache or Disable device name cache.
* If you select Enable device name cache, discovery will be faster, but the most current device names may not be displayed immediately. (Name changes will be updated the first time you connect)."
That sounds like a great feature! It annoys me that I have to enable discoverability on my PowerBook and phone to merely send a file from the Clie, and then wait for them to be discovered even if they are already paired!!! BUT... I don't have this button!!!! It appears the help is incorrect. Can anyone else verify? Is it different for different Bluetooth Clies?
TIA!
