Reinstallation of Windows

Forgive me if this has been posted before.

I recently did a reinstall of Windows XP as well as all the Clie software. Now when I try to resync my Clie it says that it my profile isn't correct. What do I do to get the information from my Clie back onto my computer.

You need to make sure that the user name for palm desktop is EXACTLY the same as it was before.
