About if it is illegal or not to download the software the site talks about it but in Spanish:


Por motivos legales solo debes descargar estos ISOs si eres dueño de una Palm pues de otra forma estarias vulnerando la Licencia del Software otorgado por Palm Inc. para tu PDA. Si no eres dueño de una Palm debes borrar el archivo descargado en un plazo inferior a 24 horas.


In few words: You can download the ISO images from the site as long as you own the device corresponding to the image.

Please remember that this site has nothing to do with me, I found it some time ago in a Spanish forum and in my IMHO it can be usefull for other users too.
