Documents to Go says "Card not present"; but, it is.

I formatted the SD card. Now Documents to go says the card isn't present and puts no files on the card. I gave the card the same name when I formatted it, SD2K. Now I have two cards with identical names listed in the "Location" field; but, if I select the other (identical name) SD2K, all my documents disappear from the list in Documents to Go.

How can I solve this?

I had something similar, I had duplicate SD cards in My Documents (Desktop Version) one had nothing on the other had everything on it. For some reason I had to delete both cards, and put one back on. Then all was good.
