Clie cannot store anything other than .PDB or.PRC files in RAM therefore you can't send JPG to it (or GIF / BMP) unfortunately.
Do you have IR on your PC? Or a data cable to connect the T300/T68i to your PC?
The best way is to transfer the images to your PC, and then store them on your MS to view them on the Clie.
You can even send the Images via MMS to your e-mail account and extract them onto your PC before putting them on your MS.
If you need to store them in the Clie's RAM though you need to build an image library of .PDB format. There is a simple program called "FunnyWinPDB" to do this (which requires "FunnyFone" application on your Clie). Simply add all the images you want to view on the Clie into "FunnyWinPDB" and it will create a .PDB file for your Clie. Search for them on the web.
There might be other methods, but I don't know of any I'm afraid.
