I posted this on the DateBk6 forum:
Well, it is looking more and more like a good possibility. I see that
a good number of Palm developers have stopped "developing" and
upgrading. Some have even turned their shareware to freeware.
I've also been noticing that more and more of the apps I use are
porting to iPhone/iPod. Notably SplashID and SplashShopper with
ePocrates not far behind. Unfortunately, one of my favorites,
"OnTimeRx" will not transition to iPhone. I'm not buying any more apps
but am updating what I have when available. Now about DateBk6.....
Apple claims that it will have about 4000 apps ready for download on
July 11. WOW!

Yup. I wonder if Bejeweled is one of them... ;)

Just wanted to be sure you know that Bejeweled is available right now as a free web application for the iPhone. Works well once loaded.

I know this isn't the the same as resident applications, which I too am looking forward to a great deal. They may make my TX --> iPhone transition complete.

MPG is another app. Its Palm database can be used for the iPhone version.

I can't wait for July 11! I'm sure I'll be as excited as the first time I discovered Pilotgear. Here's the Pilotgear archive page (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.pilotgear.com). :)

Do you have a link where they claim this, please?
