[help]problems with Mobile Systems MSDict Wordbook

I'm using MSdict 8.2/8.3 on my Palm TX, but encounter some problems with Wordbook with displaying (see the screenshots). The problems seem to be dictionary specific, but i don't know how to slove them.

Concise Oxford Italian Dictionary: Italian to English defective
1. Phonetics can't display correctly
2. Letters lose format originally in dictionary

Oxford Portuguese Mini Dictionary: Portuguese to English defective
Same as above

Concise Oxford-Hachette French Dictionary: French to English defective
1. Phonetics can't display correctly
2. Word meanings can't display correctly, being pushed to the right side part of the screen. (This is the biggest headache to me, as I use very often French to English)

Concise Oxford English Dictionary: efective
1. Nothing can be seen except the headwords

the 5th attachdment shows you what normally it would look like, as some dictionary work OK in my TX
Concise Oxford Spanish Dictionary: OK
Concise Oxford-Duden German Dictionary: OK
Collins English Dictionary: OK

btw, Mobile Systems customer service made suggestions, but failed to solve my problems. so i think it might be my TX problem.

does anyone have the same problem.
it's such a pity with this great languages learning help.
