Problem with MS (PRO?)

HI i have a little Problem with my new MS 256MB PRO from SanDisk. I can move music and other files without any problem and i can record movies with the build in camera too. but everytime i want to play that moies or the music it only plays the first 2 second and then stop playing. anybody know what i have do do ? Thx for your help

Ok now i know the Problem. Yes i have not instalet the MS PRO update to my clie ^^. i have downloaded them before and i can remid me that i ahve installet them too but it looks like i have deleted them for some reson. Sorry for this stupid post my fauld.
