Tungsten T3 Hangs Up/Locks Up when trying to install Opera Mini 4.1 Final
Hi
Would appreciate some tips and/or suggestions. I have a Palm Tungsten T3 and I've been trying to install the Opera Mini 4.1 Final. I already have Opera Mini 3 Beta and Opera Mini 4 Beta 2 loaded on the expansion card and they both do work alright, but don't have the enhanced features that the Opera Mini 4.1 is supposed to have.
The problem, I am having, though is trying to get the 4.1 version installed to the handheld. Nothing, I have done has worked thus far, so I.m not sure, what the problem is, unless it's a memory problem?? Thats possible, as I do have a lot of other applications on the handheld.
What specifically is happening is that when I download the Opera Mini PRC file to the handheld, the program file is accepted into applications, and
then I receive a screen that shows the Opera Mini Logo and the install bar. The install bar is frozen at about 1/3 of the bar scale and doesn't move at all, anymore. At this point, I cannot do anything, except a soft reset and start over. I have the Java VM and IBM Websphere loaded on the handheld also.
Would appreciate any help or suggestions, so I can successfully load the program on my handheld.
