This appears to be the best build yet, what with the jog dial behavioral updates:

When no link is selected, scrolling the Jog Dial up and down moves up and down one line respectively.
When a link is selected, scrolling the Jog Dial up and down moves back and forward through links respectively.
Pressing the Jog Dial clicks the selected link or selects a link if none is selected.
Scrolling the Jog Dial while it is depressed moves up and down one page respectively.

Who cares, it's still got loads of other bugs. There's no point in using it when you can use Plucker, Handstory, or (my choice) iSilo with iSiloX. Plucker is free too

I hate that scroll one feature! Can't they allow me to scroll one page at a time?

And yes, I've sent in suggestion to the beta email address...

I would still like to see the option to scroll one page at a time with the jogdial as well. However, it is a great web browser that's free!!:)

Usually? in AvantGo? Ok... But not in PalmReader, MobiPocket, TiBR, etc.

Even if that's what AvantGo wants, can't they at least give us the option to scroll one page normally, and push-scroll one line?

Did you notice that this Beta does not have the "Beta" watermark on the icon?

I think Avantgo forgot something...

Once you press the jog dial, scrolling will scroll between links. How does one "unselect" the link scroll and go back to the line scroll? Pressing again will just select the highlighted link. A press and scroll will also select the link. The back button goes back a page, but the previous link there is highlighted.

The only way I've been able to "unselect" and go back to the line scroll mode is to tap the screen.

Sort of defeats the purpose of one handed operation with the jog dial...

I use JogPage hack with Tealmaster for page scrolling on my NX.

Has anyone noticed that this version writes faster to the MS? Also generally is faster loading as well, or am I just imagining it?
