No flaming please! I have been helped greatly by Jennifer at PalmGear. She worked hard at getting an update to me when my "normal" e-mail would not accept her attempts. I know some have had issues with PalmGear at times but this is one time I KNOW she delivered. I am one who will complain when I fell wronged but also think thanks should be given when warranted.
