If you delete some apps from flash with Jacksprat, can you load Jacksprat again at a later time and delete more, or do you have to restore everything first?

You can do it as often as you wish, as long as you have the original backup ROM. I have several copies of backup ROMs in PC (via HotSync), in MS, and in CD. I got my bases covered in case one of the backups craps up on me.

I've use JackSprat several times, just can't make up my mind on which ones to keep and which ones to flush off .  At one time I over done it by deleting the LauncherCW as I thought I can replace it with another launcher.  That was a big mistake.  Just imagine after a hard reset and you tap Home button, no icons showed up.  That is a big NO NO.  Luckily I was able to restore the original ROM back by assigning a hard button to launch JackSprat.

I think you can. You just need to get the FlashWrite files for the US version, which I don't have. You may ask Brayder.com for detail.
