I have been using Phatnotes for many years, but unfortunately it is no longer supported on Windows Vista for Palm OS. I would really love to find another software to replace it, preferably one that comes with a desktop client, and that doesn't use the Palm memo database, which I use for something else.

I have tried memoleaf, scrapbook, and many others, but none have the simplicity of phatnotes. I know outliners are an option as well, but I'm not too crazy about that idea. Having something that can easily be transfered to the memo database would be a huge asset.

Anobody have an idea?

Actually, I am already using Daynotez as a Diary. I might try using it for notes, but it doesn't seem optimal. Thanks for the tip anyway.

Yes: DayNotez. Definitively! (Shareware). Perhaps there are some freeware options... but with its own database, DayNotez is the pacesetter at least for me... also.
