Olive Tree Bible Reader is free, and they offer the NLT translation for $18. Just one option, I'm sure there are others.

Visit http://www.laridian.com/ce/default.asp?ref=apwwwwngt
to download several different versions, including the NLT. I currently have the NIV on mine, but I'm going to add NLT in the next week or so from Laridian.

Note: I am not associated with Laridian in any way... just a very satisfied customer!

Ditto on the Laridian!

I bought the NKJV from Olive Tree - before I found out about Laridian. The two programs can't be compared. MyBible is more expensive, but well worth twice that over Olive Tree. It's far more intuitive, makes getting around simple, and the searches are a lot faster. Translation files can be stored on a memory stick too. I have 3 on mine (NASB, NIV, NKJV).

I ended up giving the registered Olive Tree product to a friend, and purchasing MyBible.

If you don't believe me, both companies have trial packages available. Try them both, and decide for yourself.
