my wife and I each purchased an S-360 a year ago. We each had independent user name to sync on same PC and had no problems.
Recently, her power button broke and we had it replaced under warranty. Closest replacement was a newer SL-22. I was warned that it has a new operating system even though it does not appear to function any different. Just a color screen.
Sure enough it did not sync without loading the newer version of software. First I tried to load new software with the hopes I could leave the old software. It did not accept that so I backed up our user info, deleted and installed newer software.
The new SL-22 now syncs great. In-fact it took her old username and all the info from her old S-360 and loaded it fine.
Now I cannot sync with my username to my existing S-360.
Does anyone have any suggestions beyond causing physical harm to my S-360 .
