MS Import/Export

I HAD my NX60 setup with MS Import and Export, it was drive G. However, I installed a CDRW drive last night, and it is drive G. Now, whenever I try to run MS Import, nothing happens.

I cant just remap G to something else (complicated), so is there a way to just tell the sony drive to be something else?

what version of macrosh*t windboze do you have? - I have heard that this drive thing only happens on windboze. My mac doesnt seem to care.

On my windboze machine, my Clie is drive N.

In windboze XP, you can reassign most drives in administrative tools. You can also mask drives if your using something like Tweakui.

I use MS Import on the Clie with the file manager on the PC's desktop, never use MS Export.

Changing the drive letter of the CD-RW is fairly simple, if you want to do that I can tell you how to do it. Otherwise, maybe try uninstalling MS Export and reinstalling it.

If I remember correctly, the above party had mapped network drives of some sort. That was the reason he said it was complicated. Normally it would pick the next drive in sequence or share another as long as only one is active.

reinstalling MS Import/Export will do it and assign a new drive letter itself
