NX60 "up" button jammed

So, the NX's up button doesn't seem to click like the other buttons anymore. The cap appears to be a little dislodged, but it still works. It's a minor nitpick, but has anyone had this problem?

LOL, well, as I said it's a minor thing. I use the jogdial for up/down all the time. Exchanging it for a new unit that may have more problems (i.e. dead pixels).

I got it from CompUSA. The receipt re-iterates a 15% restock fee for any return or exchange. I wouldn't want them to handle my NX60 to look for 'problems' and then to be charged $45 bucks. How's anyones experience with CompUSA on returns?

I have had the EXACT same problem with mine. Happend within the first week of light use. I thought mine just had a fluke. Doesnt do much other than make playing appkey games almost imposible.

At least I'm not alone on this. I would've felt worse if it was $600 paid for a NX70. But when's the last time Sony made a good up/down button? I think the first Clie (S300) had the best one.
