Vaja customer service ROCKS!

I had e-mailed them with my disappointment that the camera flap cover was no longer an option. They were more than happy to still include it on my order and also offered the MS and CF card cutouts that just became available. This is definately going to be the best NZ case for my needs. Now I am really excited about getting my Vaja!!

Vaja service is excellent. I have ordered two cases from them over the last two months as last minute graduation gifts and they have gone out of their way to help me. The orders were handled promptly and were delivered on time. They have someone who actually responds to a customer's email.

They do seem very responsive. Every time I've emailed them I've received a quick and curteous response. I just ordered my first Vaja case for my NZ. I'm a little freaked out that I paid over $100 for a PDA case, but they get such great reviews I'm going to give them a shot. I ordered the Vitelino Jean color.

Hey, jwittman, excellent taste on your leather selection! That was actually my first choice, but at the last minute I changed to the non-embossed Black Aniline/Black Floater with the cushioned cover. That style just seemed a little more rugged since I have 4 little kids...and in typical "chick fashion," (as my husband calls it,) I decided to have it match my black wallet and purse.

Like you, I'm was also a little sticker shocked over the price. After reading all of the rave reviews, however, I know it will definately be worth every penny. I look forward to hearing your reviews about it when you get yours! Take care.

What use is the camera flap? You can't open just the flap and take a picture because you won't be able to see the screen in order to compose the shot. I thought the Vaja folks explained that pretty well. Am I missing something?

Why dont they offer a belt clip????

Well, perhaps they can custom make a case with a spare stylus holder for the NZ. I don't mind using the one with the NZ, but the Pentopia's I've grown to handle better, they seem thicker than the original stylus as well.
