I just downloaded music onto my TG50 that I purchased from the iTunes store and they don't show up within audioplayer to play them. Anyone have any clue on getting them to play on the Clie?

I don't think that will work unless you convert them to mp3 -- which as far as I can tell will require burning a CD and riping them again.

They are not in a standard MP3 format, but rather a DRM-enabled format.

The new downloadable music titles available through iTunes is a format that is new to me. Here is a quote from Apple's web site:

"One of the first things you’ll notice about the music is the stunning sound quality. In fact the sound was so good that audiophiles who beta tested the iTunes Music Store were astonished to learn they were listening to 128 kbps sound files. The secret? It’s the new AAC format, which combines sound quality that rivals CDs with smaller files sizes (compared to MP3s). So not only do the songs take up less space on your hard disk, they can be downloaded faster, too."

Since the Clie will only play MP3 or Atrac you cannot play them these iTunes files with anything except an iPod or a Mac with iTunes 4. You will have to convert the AAC files to MP3 or Atrac, but I don't know of any utilities that can convert an AAC file. Does anybody else?
