Here's an idea for unregistered users.
Why not prevent unregistered users from starting new threads?
That way, if you write a reply to a thread, you are at least replying to someone who cares enough to join the forum. Otherwise, you may be be just replying to someone who visits ClieSource once, leaves a message, and never returns.
