I downloaded the demo for McNally StreetFinder and I found out that it has GPS mode
I started the GPS mode and it told me that the GPS device was not connected to the Palm.
I think since it says that the Palm needs a GPS device it must have one of those.
Did anyone use McNally StreetFinder before? if so, can you tell me how good is it?

I think the best app is Mapopolis. The latest one has a turn-by-turn navigation feature.
They are also selling a 'mouse' GPS that would work with the NR.
Here's the link (http://www.mapopolis.com/SMCO-002-PGN.jsp?q=81547.20697700127).

Reggie is right. Mapopolis is the best for Sony Clies. The GPS mouse should be compatible with McNally but I am not familiar enough with the McNally software to know for sure. Most GPS units and software use the NMEA standard over serial. Some GPS units don't and therefore are proprietary. I think the Earthmate was proprietary.
This company sells all kinds of Clie GPS connection cables:

It looks like the Holux GPS mouse will work with StreetFinder since it supports NMEA 0183.
