Power48 Emulator

I'm having trouble installing the HP48 calculator emulator on my NR70V. I can load the .prc file fine, but I don't know how to load the two .bin files. The manual says where to put the files, but doesn't say how. When I try MS Import method, it says these type of files are not for Palm OS.

The method is described under INSTALATION in the following manual - but it just doesn't say HOW:
