Hardware Upgrades on TX

I want to know about the possibles hardwares upgrades on Palm TX?
I've read about Wi-Fi antenna for expand the signal and the IrDa mod, but i don't know nothing about this. I heard once a possibilitie to Host USB in TX.
I know about the MIC and Vibracall, but it's clare to me.
Are there more possible hardware upgrades for TX? And the things that i post are possible?

You've listed the major HW upgrades except for the glass digitizer. I don't think USB Host is possible on the TX -- but it might be on the LD. The only other hardware hack I've heard of is Dmitry's attempt to put a camera "in" it -- the result isn't really a usable TX though, although the TX can drive the camera.

The Camera is a good idea, for the TXes i know that the SD I/O Camera works, but it stay in your SD Slot :( , i think that a camera for TX must be like the cellpones cameras because they're slim, so the connections inside TX is the most difficult thing in this project.

It also needs a PIC controller programmed to control the camera... sadly, the resulting hardware doesn't fit in the TX case.

Maybe it could fit in the LD case though....

There is an Spectec SD camera around the web that works on the TX and pocket pcs... it looks neat.

And about the IR MOD? I've read it in someone signature.

From someone who's looked at all SDIO camera options, there are none that work fully/aren't complete crap. The Pretec and Spectec ones do work on the TX though there have been many ppl who complain about the quality, software bugs, or hardware problems. The Veo Photo Traveller doesn't work on the TX (won't read the card for some reason) and the Veo 130s 1.3mp SD Camera only has a custom T|3 driver that is restricted to the T|3. And even then, the 2 veo cameras are discontinued.

The IR mod isn't really needed on the TX IMO. It has quite a strong IR signal as-is.
