Is there any program that will allow you to assign more than one app to each of the 4 buttons? I used to be able to assign 2 apps to one button and press to switch between these 2 apps using buttonhack in OS4, but cannot find a similar app that would work on OS5. would appreciate any suggestions.

Try QLaunch! You won't be disappointed.

Try 1 Button Pro. You can assign up to 9 apps to each button. I find it invaluable. Here is the link: http://www.palmgear.com/software/showsoftware.cfm?prodID=41722

I like HBX.
It not only offers me the option to use up to 4 apps per button, but if you use
pagedown Hack or Okey you will have the same option in the task bar as you do
with the hard keys.
Oh did I mention that its a hack so you will need Tealmaster.
And yes it works GREAT on my NX70v

Teallaunch is very good, too. You can assign 2-4 actions to virtually every button on your NX, including silkscreen buttons and defining silkscreen strokes. Very good!

TealLaunche took me by suprise. With an os5 device I forced to leave EasyLaunch and TealLaunch got by money. I spent $21! on TealMaster and TealLaunch. That's not cheap but I figured the $12 was much better spent of TealLaunch vs QLaunch.

this is what I did yesterday. this morning, I had problem taking pictures. it took me awhile to figure out what the hell was wrong with my nx. I did a soft reset and inactivate the qlaunch, then my camera was fine

Update:
We have just released HBX 3.0 which now does not need any hack manager on Palm OS 5 (it is a standalone application now).
