SMS ID & delivery report

Hi.all...
i need some answer 4 my case..
when i am using the sms function why is the incoming massages dont show the name ( always show the numbers ) even if the number already in the address ... & after sending a massage i cannot get the delivery report even i have reques for it....

Poor, lazy programming. Quite disappointed seeing that the program has been around since OS 4.
