Atleast for the SJ10/20/30, I think that most of the bundeled software is shareware/demos.
The bundled software that I know for sure are demos are:
Bejewleled
AcidSolitare
SimpliWrite
Vindigo
Zap2000 (Don't know if I got the name right, but it's that space game)
The racing game(cant remember the name)
I think that much of the other software are demos too (like the health ones) but I can't remember everything that's on the CD cause I'm not at home now.
For a more reliable list, go to sonystyle.com and look at the model which has the bundeled software in question. Some where on the page for that model, there should be a list of bundeled software. The ones with astericks or crosses (either one, there's a ledgend at the bottom of the page, so check which is which) are demos.

The full version of Bejeweled comes with the SJ33. (at least it did on mine)
The SJ33 comes with Documents-to-go by Davits. I use this all the time, and it's not a demo.

Yes, I know that, however, I was refering to the SL10, SJ20, and SJ30.

The SL10, SJ20, and SJ30 comes with the full version of Documents to Go Standard as well (Word to Go and Excel to Go).

True enough, I only mentioned it as the originator of the thread didn't single out which device he was referring to.

I'm pretty sure they list all the software on the Sonystyle.com website with asterisks to tell you which programs are demos only. They do for other models so it should be the same for the SJ22.

Really? That doesn't sound right... according to the SJ20 page at SonyStyle.com, the SJ20 comes with the full version of Docs to Go Standard (there's no symbol beside Docs to Go on the software list that indicates trial software.) I've had Docs to Go on my Clie since I've had my SJ20.
Anyways, about the SJ22, below is the list from SonyStyle.com about the SJ22's bundled software:
AcidFreecell™ (Red Mercury)†
Amy Reiley’s Pocket Gourmet™ (neohand)†
Amy Reiley’s Pocket Vineyard™ (neohand)†
BalanceLog™ (HealtheTech, Inc.)†
Bejeweled™ (Astraware)†
Breakout (Kickoo)†
BumpAttack™ Pinball (iambic®)†
Contacts Pro™ (MobiMate)†
Kinoma Player (Kinoma)
Kinoma Producer (Kinoma)†
MobiPocket Reader (Franklin® Electronic Publishers)
powerOne™ Finance (Infinity Softworks)†
powerOne™ Personal (Infinity Softworks)
Race Fever™ (Digital Fiction)†
StreetFinder® Express (Rand McNally)
TakTik (Kickoo)†
Vindigo® (Vindigo)†
WorldMate (MobiMate)†
Zap!2016™ (Astraware)†
The software with the little crosses are trial versions.

Its idiotic that Docs to Go Standard Edition is bundled w the SJ-20 and the SJ-30 but not w the SJ-22. Sony was no help ( and pretty poor engrish) (sic).

SJ20 should come with DTG, it's the SJ22 which doesn't...

Try a search on Documents to Go on Google.com, they must have a website with the prices you want.
Here's their website:

And, if you're interested in .doc format ~ WordSmith is a much better program. Quite worth the money. Cheaper than DocsToGo, last I looked.
www.BlueNomad.com (http://www.BlueNomad.com) sells it.
GOOD LUCK!
