Euro char in FontSmoother

Some FontSmoother fonts (e.g., Utopia) didn't include the euro char. In FS 2.25, now in beta, I'm having FontSmoother insert the euro char when it's missing in a font (but only into full size fonts, not small fonts; sorry).
