I have downloaded a background skin, a .jpg, from the Freeware section here.

Now how do I sync it to my T|X and also make sure that it turns up in "Media", please?

COpy it to /dcim on your card with a card reader or so.

Open Palm Desktop, drag and drop the picture to the device or card window. Sync, then open Media and look for it by tapping the RAM or SD icon, top right. You'll see a thumbnail and by tapping it, you'll see it full screen.

In Applications or Favorites, tap Menu, Options, Display Options, next to Background you'll see a square, tap on it and you'll have the chance to look for the picture. You can then set the transparency (Fade) in order to not "cover" the icons.

Hope this helps. :)

Before reading your post, I transferred "1.jpg" - which was already installed on the T|X - because I was puzzled that it did not show up with neither FileZ or FileProg, and having transferred it, it does indeed show up in "DCIM" on the card. Why can it not be found on the 'device' using those file programs?

And thanks for your advice, phreakonaleash.

make filez see hidden directorys (change preferenses), you will see the "builtin" directory magicaly show itself ^o^, thats where the photo goes in the device
