Email storage on CF??

Hi guys... Does anyone know how to Synch Lotus Notes with OS5 and save the emails on the CF card?? Since I run around a lot it would be perfect if I could download all my messages on my Clie and be able to save them if I wanted. Would be ideal for large files with attachments.
