app to transfer jpgs/ringtones to clie from PC and then to cell phone?

does such an application exist? i'm looking for something that works via infrared through my sony ericsson phone.

I have the NX and T68i and all I do is download whatever I need to then using MSImport I  put them into a file on my MS and just beam them to the T68i. ZLauncher allows you to beam anything from your RAM or Card. I think Filez  which is an enhanced file manager (and free) allows you to beam but I have not tried it using it.
